Telesales Executive

Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis

Salary: AED 2,000 - 10,000

( Basic Guaranteed + Commissions)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote product and services both UK and UAE.

Provide exceptional customer experience.

Assist clients in understanding and demonstrations online.

Maintain customer records in the system.

Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.

Deliver excellent customer service to build strong relationships and sell.

Requirements:



Previous telesales or customer service experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).

*Applicants with fathers/spouse visa sponsorship preferred but not essential.

What We Offer:



Salary: AED 2000 to 10,000 which includes a basic salary guaranteed and commissions.

9-hour working shifts, 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
