Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients. Good knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market. Making regular visits to all developers' offices. Attending client meetings. Establish professional and effective communication. Creating Sales/Business Development Strategies to Boost Business Volumes

Requirements:

Previous experience in Sales, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively. Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Result-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets and deadlines. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
