Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Telesales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Must have your own visa.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience, preferably within the Dubai market.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • High level of motivation and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a competitive sales environment.
  • Comfortable making cold calls with a confident and professional phone manner.
