Job Description

Core responsibilities

Lead generation and qualification:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from various marketing channels and databases. Qualify leads by asking open-ended questions to determine the client's needs, budget, timeline, and preferences.

Customer relations and support:

Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, services, and local market trends. Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information and keep them engaged.
Key skills required

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills are essential, including a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.

Sales aptitude:

The ability to handle rejection, engage and persuade potential clients, and use effective sales techniques is critical.

Customer service:

A strong, customer-focused orientation is necessary for building long-term relationships.

Organizational skills:

Strong time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are needed to manage multiple tasks and client follow-ups.

Technical proficiency:

The role requires comfort with CRM software and other office tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Diploma (Preferred)
