Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

Tele Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting property listings, scheduling viewings, and supporting the sales team to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to introduce property listings and services. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information. Schedule appointments and coordinate with agents for property viewings. Explain property features, pricing, and payment terms to clients. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide feedback from clients to improve marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude. Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Presentable, confident, and motivated to achieve success.
