The Telesales Marketing (Female) will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential and existing customers by telephone to promote products and services, maintaining client databases, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a positive attitude to contribute effectively to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products and services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments for the field sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in CRM or sales tracking systems.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Support sales campaigns and assist in achieving departmental revenue goals.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity, sales performance, and client feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on company offerings, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
