Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and cold call lists.
Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service and handling inquiries effectively.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions or products.
Accurately document all client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Support team members in achieving overall sales targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience, preferably within the Dubai market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making cold calls with a confident and professional phone manner.
Fluency in English & Arabic is required (Any additional languages are a plus).
Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor.
Must have your own visa.
