We are looking for confident
Tele-Sales Executives
who can speak
two languages (English and Arabic preferred)
and communicate professionally with clients from the UAE and GCC.
The candidate will work inside
Zoho CRM
to manage leads, make follow-up calls, and arrange
appointments and bookings
for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads received from campaigns and CRM.
Maintain accurate lead status, notes, and updates in Zoho CRM.
Arrange appointments, consultations, and follow-up reminders.
Communicate fluently with clients in both English and Arabic.
Achieve daily and monthly booking targets.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead updates.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written communication in
English and Arabic
.
Experience in
tele-sales or customer service
(preferred in fashion or luxury sectors).
Basic knowledge of
Zoho CRM
or any CRM platform.
Strong follow-up skills, professional phone etiquette, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
