Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall performance.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Saturday (timings may vary as per company policy).
