to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, generating new leads, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into successful property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote available property listings.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.
Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.
Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and convert interest into sales.
Maintain and update the client database with accurate records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage).
Prior experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Sales -- real estate experience preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of CRM systems.
