About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic
Telecaller/Inside Sales Executive
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a professional phone manner, with a background in commerce being a significant advantage. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases.
Present company products and services clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer needs and qualify leads accurately.
Schedule sales appointments, demos, and follow-up meetings for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on initial contacts to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is highly preferred.
A
is a strong preference.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and friendly telephone voice.
Ability to work for long hours and handle rejections gracefully.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Must be energetic, target-driven, and highly organized.
Must be available to work on a Dependent Visa (Husband's/Father's/Student Visa) as the visa will not be provided for this role.
Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
