Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote

loan products and real estate offerings

. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and database calling. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan/real estate solutions. Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into sales. Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by management. Maintain updated knowledge of bank loan policies, eligibility criteria, and real estate projects. Provide accurate product information and handle customer queries effectively. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business. Update CRM with call logs, lead status, and customer information.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in

loan sales, banking, or real estate telemarketing

(UAE experience preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Fluency in English. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Competitive fixed salary + attractive commission on sales. Incentives for achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
