As a Telesales Executive at Hexa you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outbound calling to potential clients. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, identify customer needs, and secure sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
Identify and understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in advertising sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
