We are looking for a telesales executive who will take ownership of
following up on incoming enquiries
from our website and
ensuring timely renewal
of customer policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow-Up Calls:
Contact customers who enquired about insurance on our website, provide quote details, answer questions, and assist them in purchasing policies.
Renewal Calls:
Call existing customers before policy expiry, remind them, and support them in renewing their policies.
Customer Engagement:
Build trust and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
CRM Updates:
Accurately log calls, follow-ups, and renewal outcomes in the CRM.
Collaboration:
Work closely operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
Requirements:
Preferred:
Female candidates under spouse sponsorship (or dependent visa).
Previous telesales, customer service, or insurance renewal experience is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication in English
Good listening skills, ability to explain insurance options clearly.
Computer and CRM knowledge.
Target-driven and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
