Job Description

Sales Generation

: Contact existing and potential customers to sell products or services, utilizing both inbound and outbound calls.

Customer Relationship Management

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.

Lead Management

: Generate leads for the sales team and manage customer accounts, ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company's offerings.

Record Keeping

: Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and purchase orders, in the company database.

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets, demonstrating effective sales techniques and strategies.

Problem Resolution

: Address customer complaints and queries promptly, liaising with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Language:
