Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, generate leads, and promote our products/services.

Sales Pitch:

Deliver a compelling sales pitch to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.

Lead Qualification:

Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Follow-Up:

Effectively follow up with leads and prospects to maintain interest, address concerns, and push them through the sales pipeline.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and lead status in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge:

Keep up-to-date with product features, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.

Customer Relationship:

Build strong rapport and trust with clients, ensuring a positive and seamless sales experience.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

Feedback and Reporting:

Provide regular feedback on customer trends, market insights, and potential sales opportunities to the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively over the phone. (must)

Confidence and Persuasiveness:

Strong confidence and persuasive skills to convert leads into sales.

Customer Focus:

Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and offer appropriate solutions.

Goal-Oriented:

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Prior Experience (Preferred):

Previous experience in tele sales, telesales, or inside sales is a plus.

Language Skills:

Fluency in [English & Hindi] is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
