Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate pest control solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Provide accurate information on pricing, service schedules.
Coordinate with field technicians and operations team for smooth service delivery.
