The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide product/service information.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue, etc.).
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate resolutions.
Ensure adherence to company sales scripts, policies, and compliance standards.
Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Knowledge of the industry/product line is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Salary Range b/w : AED 2500 to AED 3000 (+ Attractive Incentive)
