Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Telesales Executive
to join our team in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is to
generate qualified leads
for our commercial team through outbound calls and email outreach. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting up meetings for our business development team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients across target industries.
Reach out via email and follow up to nurture interest and engagement.
Qualify leads and gather essential client information.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions in CRM tools.
Schedule meetings for the commercial team with interested prospects.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
Confidence in cold calling and ability to handle objections.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
