Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic

female Telesales / Business Marketing Executive

to manage and promote our multiple brands through social media, telemarketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creativity in marketing, and the ability to generate and convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts for: Alot Kitchen Alot Elite Alot Munch & Quench Post engaging content, reels, and updates to promote services. Track engagement and respond to customer inquiries via DMs.

2. WhatsApp & Customer Engagement

Manage WhatsApp business accounts for: Alot Kitchen Alot Elite MOL & PK accounts Regularly update WhatsApp status with offers, menus, and promotions. Handle inquiries, take orders, and maintain professional communication.

3. Tele-Sales & Customer Outreach

Make calls for Alot Kitchen, Alot Elite, MOL, and PK accounts. Generate new customer leads through referrals and outreach. Follow up with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and satisfaction.

4. Email & Digital Marketing

Create and send email campaigns for

Alot World Collection

. Maintain a customer database and ensure regular follow-ups.

5. Business Development

Identify potential new customers daily. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Support marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. Prior telesales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam added advantage). Familiarity with

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business & email marketing tools

. Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets. Creative mindset with customer-first attitude.

Compensation:

AED 1,000 - 1,200 + Sales Incentives (performance-based). Visa option may be provided upon successful performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 per month
