Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and CRM solutions
. We are looking for a motivated
Telecaller (female preferred)
to join our team and help generate leads, set appointments, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
Explain Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, and CRM solutions clearly to prospects.
Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and follow-ups in CRM.
Meet weekly and monthly call/lead generation targets.
Handle inbound inquiries politely and professionally.
Requirements
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Prior experience in
Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Service
(IT or Digital Marketing background preferred).
Strong communication skills in
English
Confidence in handling outbound calls and dealing with objections.
Ability to explain services in a simple, professional way.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
