Telesales Executive

Job Description

The Telesales Executive is responsible for driving membership conversions and event-related revenue through proactive outbound sales calls, lead follow-ups, and relationship management. This role directly contributes to achieving ambitious membership and revenue targets, ensuring every interaction with prospects and guests reflects discretion, exclusivity, and value.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Conversion



Conduct outbound telesales campaigns to convert leads, and referrals into members. Present membership offerings and packages, and partnership opportunities with persuasive clarity. Consistently achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the department.

Lead & Pipeline Management



Follow up on warm leads from events, CRM, and referrals within agreed response times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Track deal stages, meetings booked, and conversion ratios.

Relationship Management



Build rapport with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and prospects. Address questions on membership benefits, event programming, and value offerings. Coordinate with Relationship Managers to close group or corporate membership deals.

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with the team to align telesales activity with campaigns and programming. Provide weekly sales pipeline and call activity reports to the Head of Department. Share market feedback, prospect objections, and opportunities for improving sales scripts or offers.

Skills & Qualifications



Proven telesales, inside sales, or call center experience. Excellent communication and persuasion skills; ability to engage with high-caliber prospects. Strong command of English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus). Familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach tools. Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling objections. Professional demeanor aligned with high-end brand standards.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

Telesales/ Customer Service/ Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
