Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Introduce and promote real estate projects, property listings, and investment opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and existing clients.
Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize results.
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or related industry.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills (English, Arabic, or other languages a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate trends and property market (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
High level of self-motivation, confidence, and resilience.
