We are a well-established freight forwarding company committed to delivering reliable and efficient logistics solutions to our clients worldwide. To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and skilled

Female Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our freight forwarding services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to increase business opportunities. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to maximize conversion. Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information.

Requirements:



Previous experience in telesales, preferably in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Good command of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Female candidates only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
