Role
Work qualified buyer/investor leads, run viewings/Zooms, negotiate offers/EOIs, and close--using our CRM, marketing, and daily lead flow.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound/warm leads; discovery, budgeting, timeline
Book/host viewings & Zooms; follow up via WhatsApp/phone/email
Drive EOIs/offers; negotiate to SPA; close
Keep CRM updated (notes, stage, next action)
Hit monthly targets (meetings, show-ups, EOIs, closed deals)
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic or Urdu
, plus strong English
Strong closer with excellent phone/WhatsApp presence
Organized, target-driven, fast response (<2 min on hot leads)
Dubai brokerage/off-plan experience a plus (RERA/BRN & UAE DL are advantages)

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
