We are looking for a confident and experienced Tele sales Agent with a
strong background in tele-sales and in-clinic sales
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with clients, and a passion for promoting aesthetic, Dental services or medical service solutions in general.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle tele-sales follow-ups, lead calls, and appointment confirmations.
Recommend personalized treatment plans and close sales effectively.
Proactively reach out to potential and past clients to upsell packages or promote offers.
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or clinic software.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through consistent conversions.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk to ensure smooth client journey and satisfaction.
Educate clients about pre and post-care, packages, and long-term wellness programs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele-sales and in-clinic sales (preferably in a aesthetic & dental clinic).
Strong communication and persuasion skills - fluent in both Arabic & English language.
Presentable, approachable, and customer-focused.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems or patient management software is preferred.
