Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain follow-ups with interested leads to convert into sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and update the CRM database regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and improve outreach.
Maintain professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
