We are currently expanding our Tele Sales team and are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Representative which is located in our Dubai office.
Preferrably: Female Any Nationality. with at least 2 years work of experience here in UAE and Telesales Background.
Responsibilities are as follows:
Researching Database online on Search Engine and digital platforms
Make telephone calls to prospects
Set up Appointments with prospective clients
Initiate Email campaigns
Maintain timely Follow-up's with prospective clients
Maintain a professional relationship with existing clients to cross-sell and keep the clients updated
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
Attend campaign briefings
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our client's products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
Maintain confidentiality
Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
