Job Description

We are hiring a
Telesales Executive
with prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably in off-plan sales or telesales. The primary responsibility is to call potential clients and schedule meetings with the sales team.Key Responsibilities:
Make
150+ outbound calls per day
, with at least60 connected calls
Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings to present real estate projects Work with both local and international leads Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper handover of leadsRequirements:
Experience in real estate telesales is required
(off-plan experience is preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a competitive and fast-paced environment Flexible with working hours, including evenings, to handle international leads Target-driven and self-motivatedJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
