Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Market research to identify new business
Develop and implement strategies
Handle daily admin tasks, emails & reports
Make inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
Maintain client records and databases
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Engage in quotation discussions with clients, providing product details and pricing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the local market.
Knowledge of Air, Sea & Land freight
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Existing client network in the UAE
Basic computer & MS Office skills
Prior admin or telesales experience
