Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Outbound Calling:

Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce services.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods.

Service Presentation:

Clearly and persuasively explaining the features and benefits of the product or service.

Sales Negotiation:

Negotiating prices, handling objections, and closing deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Achieving or exceeding monthly or quarterly sales quotas.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English is often required, and fluency in other languages may be an advantage.
