We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain and update customer databases
Follow up with leads and ensure conversion
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned
Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times
Requirements:
Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi
Fluency in Kannada or Telugu is a strong plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Ability to work in a team and meet targets

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
