We are looking for confident and energetic

Telesales Executives

who can drive customer acquisition over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining our financial services, understanding customer needs, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Promote personal loans, business loans, and other financial services. Build rapport with clients and assess their eligibility. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in CRM. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments when necessary. Maintain knowledge of company services and market trends.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center (preferred in financial sector). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure and rejection. Based in UAE with valid visa.
