Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

inbound and outbound calls

to existing and prospective customers to introduce and promote products/services, using predefined sales scripts as a guide

Qualify leads

and generate appointment bookings or transfer hot leads to field or senior sales teams

Upsell and cross?sell

, identifying opportunities to increase average order value and customer retention

Accurately process and record

customer orders and communication details in CRM or database systems Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring consistent follow?up and strong relationship management

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales quotas

, call volume targets, and conversion rates

Address customer inquiries and complaints

, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly Stay informed on

product updates, promotions, and industry trends

to respond effectively to customer needs

Required Qualifications:



Graduate or +2 Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi is mandatory) Minimum experience of 1+ years in sales Available to join immediately.
