Make outbound calls to prospective SME clients to promote and sell DU's mobile, fixed-line, internet, and business solutions.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable DU products that match their business needs.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close sales efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated with DU's latest offers, plans, and services.
Coordinate with the sales support and field sales teams for smooth order processing and activation.
Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines set by DU and TRA.
