Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls from UK-based clients Understand client situations and offer suitable debt relief options Clearly explain services and support clients throughout the process Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while adhering to company standards and procedures Ensure communication standards and compliance protocols are followed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in English Telesales or customer service experience is an advantage Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately. Energetic, motivated, and target-oriented individuals preferred
