Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via phone, email, and lead generation tools
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and effectively promote relevant company products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and support process
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
Deliver compelling product presentations and craft tailored proposals for potential clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Represent the company during virtual and in-person industry-related events and meetings
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
2-3 years of proven tele sales or business development experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
A successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
