Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
Handle customer questions and objections effectively
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Hindi
is highly preferred; basic English skills required
Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven attitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Must have a laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home
