With divisions in construction materials, packaging, stationery, hygiene, and safety supplies, Yakda serves thousands of B2B clients across the region.
We are currently looking for a
Tele Sales Executive
to manage and convert
inbound leads
from our website, online ads, and marketing campaigns from our
DIFC office
.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound
calls professionally to follow up on website inquiries, social media leads, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Convert leads into quotations, appointments, or confirmed orders.
Update CRM or lead trackers with call status, follow-ups, and feedback.
Send product catalogs, pricing, and offers via email and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to support closing and order fulfillment.
Promote products from various Yakda divisions based on client interest (stationery, building materials, hygiene, safety items, etc.).
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of tele sales or customer service
experience (preferably B2B).
Strong communication and convincing skills in
English
(Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
Experience using
CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic email handling
.
High attention to detail and disciplined in following up leads.
Must be based in or willing to commute to
DIFC, Dubai
.
