Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Female
Telesales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tagalog/ Hindi and English, have a pleasant communication style, and possess experience in outbound calling, preferably in sectors like insurance, credit card sales, or similar roles.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects Fix appointments with interested leads for follow-up by the sales team Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads through calls Achieve daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
Female candidates only Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling roles Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English/Tagalog. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Basic computer skills Preferred Experience: 2+ year of experience in tele sales, BPO, or any similar outbound calling role. More prefer for immediate joiner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
