Tele sales Executive
to join our team and play a key role in student enrollments and parent outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our STEM programs.
Follow up on leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, and events.
Explain course offerings, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
Book appointments for consultations or demo sessions with our academic team.
Maintain a database of contacts and update CRM with call outcomes.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Address queries in a professional and informative manner.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align on campaign goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in the education or training sector).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Candidates with own/spouse visa or freelance visa are preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
