Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries.
Provide information about products/services and generate interest.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain a record of calls and customer responses.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer objections and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign success.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain confident.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience in [industry, e.g., healthcare, education, finance, etc.].
Proven track record of achieving call/conversion targets.
