The Expert Advice is a dynamic and reputable immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals, families, and businesses.

We are currently seeking a skilled Telesales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the sales industry and a compelling sales pitch to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice to facilitate successful immigration outcomes.

Language Requirement: English, Myanmar, Taglog, Nepalese, Hindi.*

Responsibilities:

- Make daily calls to potential clients and evaluate profile eligibility

- Provide full detailed consultations as per client's needs

- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies

- Document all immigration-related information to maintain accurate records

- Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring the process runs smoothly

- Support the growth of the organization by maintaining a transparent, up-to-date, and confident approach towards sales

- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues

- Determine new ways to make services appealing by observing the environment and current trends

Requirements:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the sales industry

- Ability to meet the deadlines and targets set by management each month

- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for closing deals

- Strong networking skills and the ability to handle numerous clients

- Ability to work under pressure and devise effective sales strategies

- Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection

- Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player

Full Time telesales - Mon to Sat 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
