Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive repeat business
Collaborate with field sales and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in tele sales or client-facing roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone
Strong understanding of current customer expectations and sales etiquette
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
