Telesales Executive

Job Description

- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to convert them into sales opportunities.

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and pricing.

- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to customers, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any objections or concerns.

- Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, using effective sales techniques to overcome them.

- Close sales deals by negotiating prices, terms, and conditions, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase.

- Accurately enter customer data and sales information into the company's CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records of sales activities.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
