Responsibilities:
Manage patient interactions and inquiries with care and professionalism.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare teams, labs, and support facilities.
Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, managing accounts, and preparing reports.
Ensure smooth communication between patients, families, and medical teams.
Monitor inventory and logistics to ensure adequate supplies.
Perform clerical duties, such as handling correspondence and organizing documents.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in customer care, customer service, or front-office roles in healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, service-oriented, and with a professional demeanor.
Strong telephone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
