We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telecaller
to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting our services, generating leads, and supporting the sales and client servicing teams by engaging potential customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the agency's services (branding, events, digital marketing, media buying, etc.)
Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or presentations with the sales team
Maintain a record of calls and client details in the CRM system
Handle initial client inquiries and route them to the relevant department
Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance KPIs
Support marketing campaigns by generating awareness and interest over the phone
Gather market feedback and client needs to assist in improving service offerings
Maintain professional and positive communication at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other regional languages is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and proactive in approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and call-tracking systems
Basic understanding of marketing and advertising services is an advantage
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
