Telesales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by building customer relationships and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling. Promote and explain products/services to potential clients. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). Follow up on leads and maintain communication with existing customers. Handle customer objections and resolve any inquiries professionally. Provide feedback to the sales team on customer trends and market insights.
