Telesales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our fit-out services. Identify client needs and schedule meetings for the sales team. Build and maintain a database of leads using CRM tools. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Work closely with the business development and design teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated. Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.

Requirements:



Proven telesales or telemarketing experience (B2B experience is a plus). Knowledge of the fit-out, interior design, or construction industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
