Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads from provided or self-generated databases
Present company services clearly and persuasively over the phone
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages
Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely conversion
Maintain call logs, customer data, and feedback in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Handle basic customer inquiries and pass on complex leads to the senior team
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on campaigns and outreach strategy
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in UAE)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
Confident telephone etiquette and objection-handling ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM usage, email handling)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent attitude
Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
Preferred:
Experience in telesales for industries like real estate, HR services, marketing, or insurance
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods
Previous success in hitting outbound call and sales conversion KPIs
